WELCOME
Here is a little background information about me. I have been selling real estate in the Richmond Southside area since 2001. I worked as an agent for another firm for 5 years and in 2006 opened my own brokerage agency. Most of the transactions I handle are for clients locating in Chesterfield, Amelia and Powhatan, but I also handle transactions in the surrounding counties as well. My clients are usually either wanting to move from the city out to the country or from the country closer in to downsize and locate nearer doctors and other services. I help the first time buyers, the empty nesters, and find the 'deals' for the investors as well. If your retirement investment is dwindling and you want to invest in real estate, I can assist you in the process of 1031 'like kind' tax deferred exchanges.
